Mr. Kapner specializes in all aspects of family law, including significant and complex financial and custody cases. A former chief judge of Palm Beach County, he is Certified as a Mediator and Arbitrator and is a Florida Bar Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney. Mr. Kapner is a former faculty member of the National and Florida Judicial College and has served as a dean of the Florida Judicial College. He is a frequent author and lecturer on legal issues in the state of Florida and throughout the country, as well as the recipient of the outstanding Judicial Contribution Award of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Florida Chapter.
