Mr. Kapner specializes in all aspects of family law, including significant and complex financial and custody cases. A former chief judge of Palm Beach County, he is Certified as a Mediator and is a Florida Bar Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney. Mr. Kapner is a former faculty member of the National and Florida Judicial College and has served as a dean of the Florida Judicial College. The recipient of the outstanding Judicial Contribution Award of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Florida Chapter and the Learned Hand Award from the American Jewish Committee. Mr. Kapner is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was recently named by Best Lawyers in America as the Family Lawyer of 2009 for South Florida.
